How much does a website cost?
The website is $99 a month for 12 months, plus taxes. That includes 30 minutes of changes per month made by our team (a text, a photo, etc.) and hosting. Your domain name is paid by you: it's in your name, it belongs to you, and you choose whichever one you want, whatever it costs.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No. Everything happens online, at your own pace. As soon as you send your form, you get the link to your tracking page: it shows where your project stands, what's coming next and when it's your turn to act. If you have a question, live chat is right there.
When do I pay?
Only after you've seen your mockup and decided you like it.
Do I really get my mockup in 72 business hours?
Yes. The clock starts as soon as we receive your completed form, with your text and your photos. As soon as you approve the mockup, we put your site online.
What does the mockup include?
Your mockup is your home page. It lets us confirm the style and feel of your site with you before going further. Once you approve it, we build the other pages the same way.
What if I don't like the mockup?
You pay nothing and you're under no obligation to continue. If you still want to work with us, you have two options: go ahead with the mockup as is and improve it with the 30 minutes of changes included every month, or book one or more adjustment meetings, billed at $125 each. Each meeting covers the meeting itself plus time to make the changes.
What platform is my site built on?
Your site is custom-coded in HTML, not built on a Wix or WordPress template. It loads faster, there are no plugins to update, and after 12 months you can take your HTML files and host the site wherever you want, without our in-house editing tool.
Can I edit my site myself?
Yes. You'll be able to edit simple elements in a few clicks: change a text or a photo, add or remove stock from your inventory, a team member or a job opening. Bigger changes, like adding pages or redesigning, go through us. If you prefer, 30 minutes of changes per month, made by our team, are included in your plan.
Do the 30 minutes of changes carry over if I didn't use them last month?
No, they don't add up. Minutes you don't use in a month don't carry over to the next one.
What happens after 12 months?
Your site is yours and you can take it if you want. In that case, we send you your site's HTML files. To keep it online with us and keep the editing tool, it's $30 a month, with 30 minutes of changes per month included.
What if I want to stop before 12 months?
You can stop, but to get your site's files, the full 12 months must be paid. Without that payment, the site files belong to us and nothing is transferred. We can, however, disconnect your domain name.
What if I miss a payment?
Your site will be paused until the payment is made.
Will it look like AI made it?
No. AI helps us work faster, but your photos are yours, the art direction is ours, and every text is reviewed by a human.
Do you build online stores?
We're working on it, but this service isn't available yet.
How much does social media management cost?
The plan is $249 a month. There's a special offer on right now: take a look at our plans.
How do I cancel the no-commitment plan?
You can cancel anytime, as long as you let us know before the 15th of the month. Otherwise, the plan renews automatically for the next month.
How many posts per month?
We post 8 to 12 times a month: your projects, a new hire, a holiday closure, a promotion.
What do I need to provide?
Your photos, in a shared folder, and access to the social accounts you want us to manage. We take care of the writing, the visuals and the scheduling.
Can anything go out without my OK?
No. Nothing goes out on your page without your OK. Every post goes through a management tool where you approve it in one click, so nothing goes out that you're not comfortable with.
On which platforms?
The ones you use, like Facebook and Instagram, as posts and stories. We can manage more than one platform: if we keep the same strategy and the same posts, it's the same price.
Which tool do you teach?
Claude, the tool we consider the most rigorous and capable for business. If your team already uses ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, the basics still apply.
Do you offer one-on-one training?
No. We offer group training and talks, for your team, your association or your event.
What will my team learn?
To go beyond simple chatting: connecting AI to your real work tools (CRM or client management software, email, databases) to start automating your processes.
Can you build a custom app?
Yes. Tell us what's eating up your time and we'll look together at what can be automated.
How much does a talk cost?
A one-hour talk by video call is $950. We offer three: Claude for beginners, intermediate Claude and advanced Claude. For an in-person talk, contact us for pricing.
